Mastermind of Bali bombing killed in Jakarta
10/03/2010The man suspected of planning the Bali bombings in 2002 was killed Wednesday (March 10th) by police in Indonesia. Dulmatin, who was wanted by authorities, was killed during a police raid of a terrorist hideout in Jakarta, according to CNN. Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono announced the news during a press conference in Australia. The bombings killed 202 people. Dulmatin was a member of Jemaa Islamiya, an affiliate of al-Qaeda. A specialist in electronics, he trained in al-Qaeda camps in Afghanistan.
