Hundreds of supporters turned out to greet the former head of the IAEA, Mohammed ElBaradei, as he arrived at Cairo's airport amidst speculation that he may run for president, AP reported Friday (February 19th). The crowds gathered near the VIP lounge as ElBaradei arrived from Vienna, the agency reported. The Nobel Prize winner said he would run if the elections were free and fair and supervised by both the judiciary and international monitors.
