Houthi rebels break truce, kill school guard
Yemen's Houthi rebels shot and killed a school guard during a gun battle that has endangered a two-month-long truce with the government, news agencies reported Wednesday (April 14th). One rebel was killed in Saada province Tuesday after the school guard confronted a group of Houthi rebels near a school. A security official said that the Houthis were painting slogans on school walls. The government has not commented on the rebels' actions.
