Yemeni government representatives and the Houthi rebels will meet in Doha soon to discuss ways to strengthen the truce, wire services reported Wednesday (August 18th).
Qatar mediated between the two sides in 2008 but the accord fell apart last fall.
Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh and Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad al-Thani agreed during the emir's recent visit to Sanaa that Qatar would help to restore a truce that was signed in February.
