Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has been moved out of intensive care four days after surgery at a German hospital to remove his gallbladder, AFP reported Wednesday (March 10th). Mubarak, 81, who once said he would stay in power until his "last breath," is recovering at the Heidelberg University Hospital. Egyptian officials are praising his health, a regular subject of rumours in Egypt. The president also had a small growth removed from his intestines while in surgery. Mubarak handed over power to Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif until he returns to Egypt.
