Islamic State in Iraq claims credit for weekend bombings
The al-Qaeda-linked Islamic State of Iraq claimed responsibility for a weekend attack on a Baghdad military base that killed 12 people, wire services reported Tuesday (September 7 th). The terrorist group posted the statement on an online jihadi forum.
