Lebanese prosecutors Monday (September 6th) charged 84 people in connection with the shootout last month between supporters of Hizbullah and the al-Ahbash faction.
Authorities reportedly have 22 suspects in custody who have been referred to a military judge for prosecution, and 62 more are wanted by authorities.
They "have been charged with murder, attempted murder, incitement to sectarian strife, arson, and the possession of weapons and explosives," said Justice Minister Ibrahim Najjar.
